Gorilla Golf in Edmond will raise money for gorilla conservation

The Oklahoma City Zoological Society’s annual Gorilla Golf event will be April 14 at Fairfax Golf Club in Edmond.

Fairfax Golf Club will be the site of the Oklahoma City Zoological Society’s Gorilla Golf.

The event will be April 14. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. There will be lunch and awards following the golf portion of the day. A raffle also will be held.

Cost for individual players is $125 and includes range balls, cart and lunch. Teams of four are $475.

All proceeds go to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International, which is dedicated to the conservation and protection of gorillas in their African habitats.
