Gov. Brad Henry’s monumental choice

Gov. Brad Henry will decide whether Oklahoma will join other states with monuments honoring the Ten Commandments on the Capitol grounds.

The Senate on Monday approved changes made to House Bill 1330 with a vote of 38-8. The measure now heads to Henry’s desk. The new language would allow a private group, Liberty Legal Institute , to help the state’s attorney general if the monument faces a legal challen...
