Gov. Mary Fallin also addressed two pressing national energy issues Wednesday as she unveiled her new energy plan for Oklahoma .
Fallin said she will continue to be an aggressive advocate for the Keystone XL pipeline , which would pass through Oklahoma on its way from Canada to refineries in the Houston area.
