Gov. Fallin asks for reforms to improve Oklahoma’s business climate

Gov. Mary Fallin asked legislators Monday to pass significant workers’ compensation changes and to alter the way lawsuits are treated in court cases ranging from personal injury to medical malpractice, including a $250,000 cap for noneconomic damages.
