Grace Rescue Mission has been without heat since early Thursday, but no one will be turned away, senior supervisor Randy Norman said today.

The shelter at 2205 Exchange Ave. has about 100 beds and all are full tonight, but another 40 cots can be set up in the chapel is necessary, Norman said.

"We're getting by. It's not too bad over in the dorms," Norman said. "Guys are putting an extra blanket on, and they're fine."

Norman said he placed several calls to OG&E but has not heard when power will be restored to the building.
