Group alleges lawsuit abuse in Oklahoma

A Washington -based nonprofit put Oklahoma on a watch list of "judicial hellholes” in a recent report. The American Tort Reform Association called out the state for weakening a health care act and approving lawsuits as class actions that may not really rise to that level.
