Grove woman fined in Great Dane attack on boy
GROVE — A Delaware County woman pleaded no contest and was fined $149 in connection with a dog attack that left an 11-year-old boy with more than 100 stitches, Grove city officials said today.
Connie Norris , of Grove, had been scheduled to appear today in Grove Municipal Court. City officials said Norris entered a plea Wednesday to keeping animals in an annoying manner.
