The bride was given in marriage by her father and wore an Oscar de la Renta ivory corded Chantilly lace gown with tiered tulle trumpet skirt. Her veil was a chapel length mantilla edged in Chantilly lace. The bride carried a bouquet of dahlias, garden roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas, wisteria vines and soft summer foliage in shades of blush, coral, peach and pink. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and the music of a double string quartet while waiting for the wedding party to arrive. Under a clear tent, softly lit with crystal chandeliers and overflowing with flowers on the Mountain Terrace of the St. Regis, the father of the bride and the groom sabered bottles of champagne to kick off the celebration which was followed by an elegant seated dinner and dancing into the evening.
