HALLETT — A Hallett man died in a crash Tuesday afternoon, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol . About 1:55 p.m., Charles F. Osbourne , 77, was driving north on State Highway 99, one mile south of Hallett in Pawnee County , when his car ran off the road and struck a tree, according to a patrol report.
