Harkins Bricktown 16 is offering a double feature of “The Hunger Games” and “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” today. The double feature begins at 5 p.m. in the Cine Capri, Harkins’ premier theater with Dolby Atmos, a revolutionary audio platform that immerses the moviegoer into each scene with 3D like experience for the ears.

One of the biggest movies of 2012, “The Hunger Games” follows 16-year-old Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) as she volunteers in her younger sister’s place to enter the games, and is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts as well as the mentorship of drunken former victor Haymitch Abernathy (Woody Harrelson) when she’s pitted against highly-trained fellow tributes who have prepared for these games their entire lives. If she’s ever to return home to District 12, Katniss must make impossible choices in the arena that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.

The hotly anticipated sequel “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson). Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a Victor’s Tour of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow (Donald Sutherland) prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
