Health van delivers vaccinations statewide
One Oklahoma organization is giving families an easier way to have their children immunized.
The Oklahoma Caring Foundation is a nonprofit organization established by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma . Through the foundation, the Oklahoma Caring Van was established. Four vans, each with a coordinator and a registered nurse, travel statewide to communities where immunizations are not readily available.
