Hefner Middle School students are using biometric technology to buy breakfast or lunch

High tech meets school lunch. That’s the case for students at Hefner Middle School this year. They have been using Putnam City School District’s new biometric system that allows a finger scan to access a student’s account to pay for breakfast and lunch.
