SUNDAY BRUNCH FOR ELIZABETH AND HUNTER
Party: A Sunday brunch honored engaged couple Elizabeth Jordan and Hunter Hoehn. The event was in the Veranda Terrace of the Waterford Hotel. The couple will be married in April in Tulsa.
Hosts: In the host group (parents of the groomsmen) were Chris Ernst, Chele and Gary Gatewood, Joanie and Blair Holmboe, Kim and David Rainbolt, Mary and Frank Sims, Robin and Chris Wray. They gave the couple crystal wine glasses.
Tables: Mirrored vases held pink peonies, white hydrangeas and pink roses.

STAN HUPFELD'S BOOK SIGNING
Occasion: Stan Hupfeld's book has been published and there was a book signing and reception at Full Circle Bookstore. The book is “Political Malpractice – How the Politicians Made a Mess of Health Reform.”

ALLIANCE'S NEW OFFICERS
Celebratory reception: Following the installation of the Oklahoma County Medical Alliance officers in the Blue Room of the state Capitol, a reception was held in the rotunda. New president Kathy Bookman was sworn in by Gov. Mary Fallin who praised the efforts of the Alliance in promoting community health and wellness, physician advocacy and strengthening the medical family. Bookman was given the president's pin and gavel by outgoing president Donna Parker.
New officers: Bookman, president; Suzanne Reynolds, president-elect; Donna Parker, treasurer; Stacie Evans, treasurer-elect; Dianna Digoy, secretary. COLONIAL DAMES STATE MEETING
Who/where: The Colonial Dames Seventeenth Century members were hosts of the annual state conference held at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club.
What: One of the projects was to make baskets of comfort items for women veterans to donate to the Women's Outpatient Clinic at the Oklahoma Veteran's Medical Center. Rochelle Alexander, a representative from the Veteran's Administration and a veteran herself, came to the luncheon to accept the baskets. Ellen Jayne Wheeler is state president and Pat McFall is state Veteran's committee chairman.
