Meeting and greeting: Friends of mother, Johannah Kersey, and grandmother, Karen Mayfield, attended the party.


Luncheon: Members of the Ladies Music Club were hostesses for the annual spring luncheon and guest artist program in the Wanda Bass Atrium at Oklahoma City University.

Program: President Wanda Davidson gave the introductions. J. Warren Mitchell was the guest artist. Cheryl Byrd accompanied him.

Committee members: Ezell Potter, Pam Woolbright, Shelly Fleet, Wally Brown, Ellen Worden planned the luncheon.


First look: 18 regional painters, a sculptor and a jewelry artist were hosts for a party to open their new art gallery in Casady Square. The space is also a working studio.

Artists: Gallery artists are Arden Barrett, Linda Beebe, Sharon Bozalis, Leslie Plowman Champlin, Betty Crow, Teri Cunningham, Pat Edwards, Barbara Fluty, Devon Hahn, Judy Hall, Janie Kimball, Debbie McCord, Bhupinder Obhrai, Margaret Pate, Paul Plowman, Diana Robinson, Steve Seikel, Jan Smith, Dorothy Woolbright.

On the menu: Wines and cheeses were served during the party.

Seen: Among the several hundred guests were Donna and George Nigh, Susan and Carl Edwards, Libby Blankenship, Laurie and Dodge Hill, Eve Patterson, Joy Richardson, Lyn and Ted Elam, Kitty and Dick Champlin, Judy Jordan, Dennis Parker, Darlene McCubbin, Shirley Blake, Faith Mary and Randy Everest, Maryanne Jost, Marilyn Meade and Sally and Jim Whitten.
