Helicopter or not, they have the dolly

DUNCAN -- Stephens County commissioners on Monday considered purchase of a helicopter dolly to move the flying craft around without having to start it up.

But, the Duncan Banner reports, there is a major question.

When District 3 Commissioner Dee Bowen asked, "Do we have a helicopter?" the newspaper reported, District 2 Commissioner Lonnie Estes said, "As far as I know."

County Clerk Cindy Kaiser said the county doesn't pay insurance on one.

"I heard we have one, but I haven't seen it," she told the newspaper.

Either way, the purchase of the dolly was approved.
