Henry signs $627 million tax cut bill

OKLAHOMA CITY - A bill that will cut taxes a record $627 million a year when fully implemented was signed into law without fanfare on Wednesday by Gov. Brad Henry .

Henry inked the mammoth tax plan without a bill-signing ceremony, a usual occurrence for such major legislation.
