OCS seized control of the game quickly by scoring on its first four possessions. The Saints took advantage of a fumble recovery and a bobbled snap on a punt to score their first two touchdowns off short fields.

Brooks hit Sikes for a 15-yard touchdown, then found Sikes again for a two-point conversion. OCS led 8-0 with 9:07 left in the first. Garrett Kilborn ran the ball into the end zone from 2 yards out for a 15-0 Saints advantage.

OCS struck fast for its third touchdown — a Brooks 50-yard heave to Blake Barnes. OCS led 29-0 early in the second quarter after Brooks tossed to Barnes from 10 yards out.

Brooks connected with Sikes for a 59-yard touchdown aerial. OCS built a 36-0 margin by 2:36 left in the first half.

OCS scored on five of six first-half tries with the ball with a fumble accounting for its other possession. OCS finished the night scoring eight touchdowns in nine possessions.
