High school football roundup: Edmond North blanks Lawton Eisenhower to remain undefeated

Huskies shut out Eisenhower

Class 6A No. 2 Edmond North remained undefeated by going on the road and beating Lawton Eisenhower 34-0.

Luke Hoskins threw three touchdown passes for the Huskies (5-0, 2-0 District 6A-3). He connected for 94 yards to Luke Rossi, and had TD throws of 27 yards to Nick Sandini and 22 yards to Jarech Page. Page also scored on a short run.

Cornwell leads Jones past Bethel

David Cornwell threw three TD passes and Jones used several long scoring plays to beat Bethel 56-20.

Cornwell had touchdown throws of 14, 11 and 20 yards, the latter two to Randall Case. Taylor Bilyeu ran for two scores, including a 20-yarder. Colton Story had a 48-yard TD run and Andrew Case returned a kick 69 yards for a touchdown.

The victory leaves Jones at 4-1.

Hill’s 4 TDs spark Hennessey

Levi Hill accounted for four Hennessey touchdowns as the Eagles, ranked No. 5 in Class 2A, defeated Chisholm 46-6. Hill scored on runs of 16, 4 and 7 yards, and caught a 16-yard TD pass from Dylan Hatchel. Hill finished with 162 yards on 19 carries.

Steven Lott had two interceptions for Hennessey (3-2), one of which he returned 13 yards for a score.

Heritage Hall cruises

Shaden Shockley’s 221 yards in receptions helped lead Heritage Hall to a 56-0 victory over John Marshall. Shockley caught eight passes, three of them for touchdowns. Two TDs covered more than 60 yards.

Connor McGinnis completed 13 of 17 passes for 283 yards and three TDs. Running back A.J. Knowles had 13 carries for 108 yards and three touchdowns.

The Chargers improved to 2-3; John Marshall is 0-5.

Robson shines for Ada

Senior quarterback Wyatt Robson threw three touchdown passes and ran for three scores, all in the first half, as Class 4A No. 5 Ada defeated Tecumseh 56-15.
