High school notebook: Edmond Memorial has ‘typical' first scrimmage

Edmond Memorial football coach Justin Merideth was pleased with his team's effort in its first scrimmage at Enid.

“It was a typical first scrimmage,” Merideth said. “There were some good things and some bad things, but our kids played hard and played physical. We didn't have any injuries, so if we can come out of a scrimmage with all those things, I'm happy.”
