High school sports: On tap for the week of March 24-30

The Tiger-Trojan Classic, and Norman North Invitational and Bronco Cup are among this week's events.

Bronco Cup

When: Thursday through Saturday

Where: Mustang High School

The story: The boys and girls soccer tournament features some of the best teams in the metro area. Competing will be Mustang, Edmond North, Norman, Putnam City North, Westmoore, Guymon, Bixby and Bartlesville.


Heritage Hall Tournament of Champions

When: Friday and Saturday

Where: Betsy Braver Family Tennis Center at Heritage Hall High School

The story: The top high school teams from each class based on last year's state tournament results are invited to compete in the annual event. The girls will play on Friday and the boys on Saturday.



Bethany Invitational

When: Saturday

Where: Bethany High School track complex

The story: Always a good draw, the 52nd annual Bethany Invitational matches athletes from both small and large schools, many of whom will be competing for state titles in May. A competitive field for both boys and girls is expected.
