Clark, the younger brother of recent Oklahoma State basketball signee Stephen Clark, had 99 tackles and a school-record 22 sacks for the Trojans as a junior this year.
His offers include Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, LSU, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Missouri and Baylor.
Four other state prospects are also on the list: Broken Arrow's Devon Thomas at No. 19, Edmond Santa Fe quarterback Justice Hansen at No. 36, Jenks safety Steven Parker at No. 58 and Jones quarterback David Cornwell at No. 68.
Thomas, who recently committed to Oklahoma State, ran for 495 yards and seven touchdowns in just seven games this season.
Hansen threw for 3,079 yards and 36 touchdowns this season and ran for 773 yards and 14 touchdowns. He has offers from Arkansas and Missouri.
Parker has offers from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Alabama.
Cornwell threw for 2,742 yards and 27 touchdowns for the Longhorns this season in his first season of varsity action. He also ran for 755 yards.
BROKEN ARROW'S DAVIS PICKS NEW MEXICO
Broken Arrow defensive end Frankie Davis verbally committed to New Mexico earlier this week, Davis told The Oklahoman.
It's a bit of a twist for Davis, who was leaning toward Tulsa so he could be closer to his family.
Instead, when he attempted to commit to the Golden Hurricane earlier this week, he was told there was no longer a spot for him. That spot instead went to Tulsa Union defensive lineman Dalton Rodriguez, who committed to Tulsa last week after decommitting from Oklahoma.
“Everybody around me was thinking TU for me and everything like that, but I just never pulled the trigger and it happened like that,” Davis said. “I'm happy with New Mexico.”
Davis said he talked with Broken Arrow coach Steve Spavital after losing his spot at Tulsa, and Spavital told him to take the opportunity in New Mexico.
“He wanted to be close to home, but unfortunately it didn't work out,” Spavital said. “But he made a good decision. He's going to get his college paid for.”
New Mexico, coached by former Notre Dame coach Bob Davie, also has a commitment from Tulsa East Central linebacker Kimmie Carson. Former Choctaw and TU standout Derek Warehime, son of Del City coach Nick Warehime, is the school's tight ends coach.
