High speed chase ends just short of park fountain
One moment, Sally Frye was driving down N Classen Boulevard, her warm Vietnamese takeout on the seat beside her. The next thing she knew, her car was spinning and she was watching a sport utility vehicle drive into a park, stopping feet from a fountain.
“It went so fast. It spun me around and I saw them go off into the park,” Frye said.
