High temperatures in Oklahoma City in low 70s Thursday

Central Oklahoma high temperatures will be in the low 70s Thursday. Winds could gust up to 28 mph, the National Weather Service reports.

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 71. Northwest wind 8 to 13 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.

Thursday night: Mostly clear with a low around 42. West, northwest wind around 9 mph.

Friday: Sunny with a high near 71. Northwest wind 9 to 15 mph with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Friday night: Mostly clear with a low around 51. West, northwest wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable.

Saturday: Sunny with a high near 82. South wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday night: Mostly clear with a low around 61.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 83.

Sunday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 66.

Monday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny with a high near 84.

Monday night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy with a low around 64.

Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 79.
