High water on Oklahoma roads causes problems in rain
As heavy rains move across the state, flooded roadways have caused detours for motorists, but no water rescues have been reported.
Due to debris from high water, NW 220 between Portland and May avenues remains closed this morning, an Oklahoma County Sheriff's dispatcher said. High water was reported there Thursday night.
Due to high water from Baron Ford Creek in Cherokee County, crews are closing U.S. 62 four miles north of State Highway 51, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported this morning.The creek has flooded out of its banks.

In Wagoner County, both north and south lanes of State Highway 16 and County Road 770 are closed this morning due to flooding. The roadway closed about 10 p.m. Thursday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports.
The road is just south of Wagoner.
