Higher Education Chancellor Glen Johnson warns cuts will damage higher ed

A 10 percent cut to the state’s colleges and universities would force the elimination of hundreds of faculty positions and courses at a time of record enrollment, Higher Education Chancellor Glen Johnson told a House panel Tuesday.
