Hiker rescued after falling 100 feet in LA forest

ALTADENA , Calif. (AP) — A hiker who was stranded on a ledge after falling 100 feet down the side of a cliff in the Angeles National Forest near Altadena has been rescued.

Los Angeles County sheriff's officials say the man fell while hiking a trail in Eaton Canyon on Monday, injuring his right leg.
