The Oklahoma History Center is hosting an exhibition featuring paintings made by Oklahoma City Zoo animals.

The exhibit, available through the history center's partnership with the Oklahoma City Zoo, offers a unique look at the zoo's animal enrichment program as well as the long history of one of Oklahoma City's most popular attractions.

The exhibit opens at 2 p.m. Friday with a chance for visitors to meet one of the artists and learn more about animals at the zoo. One visitor will go home with a painting made during the program.

The zoo art exhibition is free with paid admission to the history center, 800 Nazih Zuhdi Drive.

The exhibit runs through June 1.
