Oklahoma home builders facing tight credit conditions
There’s no mystery why home builders are finding it so difficult to get construction loans, banker Bob Vick said.
"We are sitting on more unsold single-family homes, that you’re paying us on” than in the past 15 years, said Vick, vice president at Oklahoma City ’s Coppermark Bank .
