Following five months of renovations, Thunder fans get their first view of a $30 million Ford Center facelift tonight when the Thunder hosts the Phoenix Suns.

The locker room

When Thunder players get their first look at their new Ford Center locker rooms this morning, one highlight is a dining-table-size, marble terrazzo Thunder logo in the middle of the floor.

Each 10-foot locker has a personal name plate, a door that slides open and a personal jewelry safe with its own combination.

"Nothing was more important in the renovation of the Ford Center than providing our players every amenity,” said Brian Byrnes, vice president of sales and services. "It’s a statement to the league that we’re going to develop a first-class organization.

"The locker room is second to none (in the league) in terms of space and size. All the amenities are the very best. General manager Sam Presti and his staff worked tirelessly on every detail that improves the opportunity for our players to get better every day.”

The Courtside Club

If you’re one of the fortunate fans that sit in the first four rows — paying between $300 to $2,500 per game — perks this season include "free” dining in the new Courtside Club, an exclusive restaurant and lounge located on the lower level.

The 6,000 square-foot club was built where the old Thunder locker room was located in the bowels of the Ford Center.
