EDMOND -- Police are looking for two men who reportedly burst into an Oak Tree home and bound one man before fleeing as another man who lives there fired shots at them, police spokeswoman Glynda Chu said.

A man who lives in the 900 block of Oak Tree Drive told police about 4 a.m. two black men with guns burst into his home through an unlocked patio door as he was watching TV. The men used tape to bound his hand and feet, Chu said.

The men went to a bedroom where another man who lives in the house was sleeping. A fight started in the bedroom and the two home invaders fled out the back patio.

The man who had been sleeping in the bedroom told police he fired several shots in the direction of the fleeing men, Chu said.

An Oklahoma City police helicopter and police officers with a dog searched for the men but no one was found, Chu said.

Police do not know if anything was stolen from the house, and they do not think the men who fled were hit by gunfire, Chu said.

Anyone with information should call 911.
