Oklahoma City police say they arrested a homeless woman Tuesday at a Walmart store when she became belligerent.

Police responded to a shoplifting call about 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Walmart store at 100 E Interstate 240 Service Road. A store employee told police she saw a woman take a can of compressed air, according to an incident report released Wednesday.

When police and the employee confronted Megan Lynn Bradley, 23, about the can, she began to curse and be combative. Bradley kicked the Walmart employee and began kicking at the police while holding her 3-year-old daughter, police reported. They said she almost dropped the girl.

Bradley was arrested on complaints of larceny of merchandise, assault and battery, and child endangerment. The child was put into state custody.

The child's father, who also is homeless, has been arrested multiple times, police reported. They did not find the father or Bradley's other child in the store.
