Homeowner in Tulsa fatally shoots prowler
TULSA — During an exchange of gunfire, a man shot and killed a 15-year-old trying to burglarize his home, police said.
Authorities said Cody Ray Payne and two other teens broke into the home about 3 a.m. Tuesday.
When officers arrived at the house on N Irvington Avenue, they found Payne’s body beside a rifle in the front yard.
