Oklahoma House to vote on puppy mill bill
A bill that would set regulations for dog and cat breeders and authorize a state agency to inspect kennels and facilities that sell more than 25 animals a year passed a House committee Tuesday evening.
"This is a good start for something that Oklahoma has needed for a long time,” said Rep. Lee Denney, R-Cushing , author of House Bill 1332.
