On Thursday, Leavitt Partners, a Utah health care consulting firm, unveiled details about how Oklahoma could move forward in increasing the number of uninsured adults who have insurance through the state's Insure Oklahoma program.
Leavitt representatives said the state could use federal dollars to expand Insure Oklahoma and also move people above 138 percent of the federal poverty level to health insurance exchanges.
