'Family Guy' creator Seth MacFarlane opens up about his career and reveals why he tapped singer/actress Norah Jones to appear in 'Ted.'

Seth MacFarlane is best known for creating FOX's animated hit Family Guy, but his directorial debut of Mark Wahlberg's comedy Ted this year also established his film-making credentials. In this clip from the Sundance Channel's series Iconoclasts, Seth opens up about his career and reveals why he tapped singer/actress Norah Jones to appear in Ted.

"I think Seth is someone who does what he believes in and doesn't want to be boxed in," explained Norah, who had a cameo in Ted and also sang Everybody Needs A Best Friend on the film's soundtrack.
