Husband accused of kidnapping wife captured

Wagoner County sheriff's deputies on Tuesday apprehended a Broken Arrow man accused of kidnapping his wife.

BROKEN ARROW -- Wagoner County sheriff's deputies on Tuesday apprehended a Broken Arrow man accused of kidnapping his wife.

Jason Lynch, 40, was arrested around 10 a.m. after deputies received a tip he was in a park near his wife's home, Major Gary Handley said in a news release.

A Wagoner County district court judge issued a warrant for Lynch's arrest on Tuesday after he was charged with kidnapping. He is to be held without bond, court records show. He was charged with domestic abuse-assault and battery on July 12.
