I-44 crash kills semi driver, passenger in Tulsa
Two people were killed following a crash this morning that closed Interstate 44 for more than three hours.
The collision occurred at I-44 and 33rd West Avenue about 7 a.m.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 2007 Toyota driven east on the interstate by Mary C. Dye , 51, Sapulpa , attempted to pass a semi that was also eastbound.
