Joint meeting

Residents of Norman Wards 2, 3 and 4 are invited to a joint meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at city hall, 201 W Gray Street, to discuss the upcoming bond election. Council representatives and city officials will be on hand to explain the $42.6 million bond package that would finance eight projects designed to correct long-standing flood problems and traffic congestion citywide.
