Monarch Migration and Butterfly Festival

Admission is free to the 2012 Monarch Migration and Butterfly Festival near Washington and Cole in McClain County. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs (and blankets, if the weather is cool). The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Jerusalem Community Heritage Center and Park at State Highway 74B and Fernwood Road (270th). For more information, call Ann Hart at 485-2962.
