Execution date set
An execution date has been set for a Tulsa County man convicted in the 1995 beating death of a convenience store clerk. The state Court of Criminal Appeals on Monday set a Jan. 22 execution date for Darwin Demond Brown . Brown, 31, was convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Richard Kevin Yost , 30. Yost was killed during a robbery at convenience store in Tulsa .
