Zoo admission free Mondays

Admission to the Oklahoma City Zoo is free Mondays during December, January and February.

Also, zoo visitors in December can earn $1 admission by bringing an edible wildlife ornament. The ornaments will be put up throughout the zoo for native animals in the area.

Nature film screenings set

The film "America’s Lost Landscape: The Tallgrass Prairie” will be screened at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 9 and Jan. 15 in the Rosser Conservation Education Center auditorium at the Oklahoma City Zoo. The screenings are free.

Park and enter through the education center at the east end of the zoo parking lot.

Santa making a visit Dec. 15

Santa will visit the Oklahoma City Zoo from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Dec. 15 in the Canopy Restaurant. The visit is free with zoo admission, and free hot chocolate and donuts will be available. For more information, call 424-3344 or go to www.okczoo.com.
