Principal faces charge
Tulsa County prosecutors have charged a school principal with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Vicki Rae Smith, 50, is accused of cultivating a fight between two students. She was suspended with pay on Tuesday. A police affidavit alleges Smith removed one boy from class to fight the other boy in a school hallway and didn’t intervene until she noticed two visitors observing the fight.
