Russian leader, Obama talk

CHICAGOPresident-elect Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev spoke Saturday on the phone, and the two leaders "expressed the determination to create constructive and positive interaction for the good of global stability and development,” according to a Kremlin statement.

U.S.-Poland ties are discussed
