WOODWARD — Dixie Lyn Rocha, 41, of Woodward was injured about 4:40 p.m. Thursday in a two-vehicle crash about 20 miles southeast of Woodward, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Rocha was on U.S. 183 when her car drifted left of center and struck a tractor-trailer rig driven by Mari Alaine Halverson, 45, of St. Paul, Minn. Rocha, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at a Seiling hospital, troopers said.

Tulsa soldier found dead

TUCSON, Ariz. — Oklahoma soldier Pvt. Paul Muse, 22, was found dead Saturday morning at Fort Huachuca, Ariz., officials said. Profiles on social networking sites indicate he was from Tulsa.
