Strike kills 2 in Pakistan

MIRAN SHAH, Pakistan — A suspected U.S. missile strike killed at least two people Saturday in northwestern Pakistan, intelligence officials said. The officials said the attack destroyed the house of a local resident near Miran Shah, the main town in the North Waziristan tribal region.

Foreigners die in attack
BAGHDAD — A deadly rocket attack on the U.S.-protected Green Zone early Saturday bore the hallmarks of militiamen loyal to anti-American Shiite leader Muqtada al-Sadr. The rocket struck near a U.N. compound, killing two foreigners and wounding 15 people, authorities said.
