Fundraising game reset

Centennial High School has rescheduled a basketball game fundraiser for the family of Timothy Mooreland, 16, a football player who was killed Sunday in a shooting at a city nightclub. It will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday. To help with funeral expenses, mail a check made out to the Tim Mooreland Memorial Fund to Oklahoma Employees Credit Union, P.O. Box 24027, Oklahoma City, OK 73124. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Prospect Missionary Baptist Church, 2809 N Missouri Ave.

Youth INJURED In shooting

A 15-year-old boy was hurt in a drive-by shooting about 8:30 p.m.Wednesday on Hampton Drive in Del City, police Capt. Jody Suit said. His identity was not released. He is expected to fully recover. Police have no suspects.

Man’s body found in lake

The body of Norman Rayl, 74, of Vinita was recovered Tuesday in Grand Lake, officials reported. He apparently drowned.
