Fire source pinpointed
An Atoka fire that claimed the lives of two brothers started on a mattress in an upstairs bedroom, state fire marshal officials said Wednesday. Johnny Burr Anderton, 57, and Ricky Dale Anderton, 51, of Atoka, died Sunday when the house they lived in was destroyed by the fire. A woman who was asleep in the house heard the smoke alarm go off, said Joanne Sellars, state fire marshal chief of operations.
