Incident report released in Oklahoma City woman's killing
An incident report written by an officer who was at least the third police officer to arrive at the scene of a beating death was released Monday by Oklahoma City police.
The officer was sent Nov. 2 to the home of Julie Mitchell , 34, of 640 NW 150, who the medical examiner said died from multiple blunt force trauma to the head. The officer did not go inside the house and did not conduct any interviews.
