Infant boy killed in dog attack near Perkins identified
PERKINS — The name of an infant who was fatally attacked by a dog south of Perkins was released Tuesday by the state Medical Examiner’s office.
Justin Lopez , who was 8 months old, died of blunt force trauma to the head, medical examiner’s spokeswoman Cherokee Ballard said.
