Ardmore woman injured at Lake Murray

A woman was injured at Lake Murray on Sunday when a boat propeller cut her leg, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Monday.

Lashayna B. Robertson, 19, of Ardmore was flown to Norman Regional Hospital where she was treated for the injury Sunday night, the patrol said Monday.

About 6:15 p.m. Sunday, Robertson jumped into the lake and swam to the rear of a boat and her leg was cut by the propeller. The 27-foot boat was operated by William A. Watterson, 19, of Ardmore. He was not injured, the patrol said.
